At the same time, the vegetable oil decanter centrifuge can also be used to separate liquid, liquid and solid phases containing a small amount of impurities, such as separation of oil and water, and to separate the slag. Commonly used for the separation of light oil and heavy oil, that is, two oils that are incompatible, and have a difference in specific gravity, separation of light oil portion and heavy oil portion.
The working principle of the vegetable oil sedimentation centrifuge: under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase formed by the larger liquid phase forms the outer ring layer, and the liquid phase with smaller specific gravity forms the inner ring layer, which flows to the upper part of the drum, and has a diversion hole at each level. The liquid of the layer is discharged into the liquid pan by the respective diversion holes, and a trace of solid is deposited on the wall of the drum, and is manually discharged after being stopped.
