The drilling fluid can be separated by a drilling fluid decanter centrifuge. As the equipment is operated, the suspension enters the drum from the feeding tube through the liquid outlet of the auger, and the solid phase particles are subjected to centrifugal force. Pushed to the inner wall of the drum, pushed through the blades on the auger to the small end of the drum, and the liquid phase overflows through the overflow hole at the big end of the drum.
The structure of the drilling fluid decanter centrifuge is designed to meet the wide range of customer needs. The machine's drum straight section and cone section are made of SS304 stainless steel and cast by centrifugation. The rest of the drum assembly is made of SS304 stainless steel. The screw ejector is protected by a wear-resistant alloy sheet, which has a long service life and is easy to repair and replace.
