Different dewatering principles and advantages of three types of automatic sludge dewatering machine
Automatic sludge dewatering machine can be divided into different types, which are dewatered with different working capacities and exhibit different advantages. One is a plate and frame type sludge dewatering machine, which is in a closed state, and the sludge driven by the high pressure pump is squeezed through the plate frame, so that the water in the sludge is discharged through the filter cloth to achieve the purpose of dehydration. The advantage of this type of dewatering machine is that it is inexpensive and good at dehydration of inorganic sludge, and the moisture content of the mud cake is low.
The other is a belt type automatic sludge dewatering machine, which is sandwiched between two upper and lower tensioned filter belts, and is formed in a S-shaped shape from a series of regularly arranged roller cylinders, and is formed by the tension of the filter belt itself. The pressing and shearing force of the sludge layer squeezes the capillary water in the sludge layer to realize sludge dewatering, which is also a commonly used dewatering equipment.
In addition, the centrifugal sludge dewatering machine is also one of the automatic sludge dewatering machine. It consists of a transfer and a screw conveyor with a hollow shaft. The sludge is fed into the drum from the hollow shaft and rotates at high speed. Under the centrifugal force generated, the production is broken into the drum cavity. Due to the different specific gravity, solid-liquid separation is formed. The sludge is conveyed to the cone end of the drum by the auger and continuously discharged from the outlet; the liquid in the liquid ring layer is continuously "overflowed" by the mouth to the outside of the drum and discharged by gravity.
