Main technical parameters and performance of three-phase decanter centrifuge
In the process of separating the materials, the three-phase decanter centrifuge mainly relies on the difference in specific gravity of the light phase liquid, the heavy phase liquid and the solid phase, and the solid phase precipitates under the centrifugal force generated by the high speed rotation of the centrifuge. On the inner wall of the drum, a solid ring layer is formed, and two liquid phases having different densities form a concentric cylinder, a lighter liquid phase is in the inner layer, a heavier liquid phase is in the outer layer, and different liquid ring layers can pass through. A uniquely designed adjustable overflow plate for precise adjustment.
The three-phase decanter centrifuge has high technical parameters and adopts a large aspect ratio. The advantage of this design is that it increases the clarification and dehydration residence time of the material in the machine and improves the recovery rate of each phase. The machine adopts a high-speed, adjustable differential system to dynamically adjust the differential speed while providing strong centrifugal force, realizing the dynamic stability of the separation effect of each phase.
The three-phase decanter centrifuge has good adaptability, especially for the light and heavy liquid phase requiring high processing requirements. The machine adopts a high-torque planetary gear mechanical differential with a large output torque range, which can meet the demand of different materials and reduce energy consumption. At the same time, different materials and structures can be replaced according to customer needs to meet different needs of customers.
