From the structural point of view, the oilfield drilling mud sedimentation centrifuge has a highly efficient new cone angle technology, the liquid pool is deepened, the straight drum is lengthened, and the liquid phase diversion hole is increased on the spiral. The deepening of the liquid pool and the lengthening of the straight drum can increase the settling time of the material. Increasing the liquid phase diversion hole on the spiral can accelerate the discharge of the liquid phase, reduce the residence time of the liquid phase in the drum, and make the space of the drum effective. The throughput is greatly increased.
The oilfield drilling mud sedimentation centrifuge has two materials: carbon steel and stainless steel. The stainless steel refers to the screw pusher, the rotating drum, the outer casing, the feeding pipe, the drainage slag discharging pipe are all stainless steel, and the base frame is made of carbon steel; Carbon steel refers to the whole machine made of carbon steel. The spiral blade is welded to the tungsten carbide steel sheet to resist wear and maintain dynamic balance.
