Sludge thickening and dehydration equipment is mainly composed of filters, spiral augers, spiral blades and other components, and these parts are made of high quality 304 stainless steel with alloys made through special processes, with good resistance to corrosion Grinding and other characteristics, is the life of other similar products 2-3 times.


According to different dehydration requirements, sludge thickening and dehydration equipment can use 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1.0mm and other pore size filters to filter. In operation, first open the control panel inside the sludge thickening and dehydration equipment control box and start all the power switches inside the box, and cut the power switch to the ON position.


At this moment, the sludge thickening and dehydration equipment can be ready to start operation and close the control panel. However, before operating the dewatering machine, turn on the air compressor and switch the air compressor switch on the control box to ON. At this moment, the air compressor begins to pressurize the air. After a certain pressure is reached, the subsequent operation procedure can be started.


During sludge thickening and dehydration, workers are required to check whether the pressure gauge is correct and must be controlled within a reasonable range. After all the above operations are properly arranged, the equipment can be operated. There are usually two manual and active methods of operation. The active mode is the water level controller and the PLC control system that are related to the demand.
