The centrifugal sludge dewatering machine is developed for, generally for industrial dehydration.It is currently widely used in raw sludge, biological sludge, paper sludge and aquatic product processing sludge and other environment.The centrifugal sludge dewatering machine will effectively complete the process of sludge dewatering through its agitated tank, concentration system, sludge alarm allocation, sludge dewatering, filter cloth cleaning, sludge cake removal and so on.

The centrifugal sludge dewatering machine mainly uses the density contras of solid-liquid two phase, under the action of centrifugal force, to accelerate the settlement speed of solid particles to achieve solid-liquid separation. The specific separation process is that the sludge and flocculating agent medicine liquid are transmitted into the through the inlet pipe into the drum mixing chamber.

The centrifugal sludge dewatering machine is combined with flocculation. Due to the high speed rotation and friction resistance of the rotor, the sludge is accelerated and formed a cylindrical liquid ring layer within the rotor. Under the action of centrifugal force, the rigid granules with large specific gravity is settled into the inner wall of the drum to form a sludge layer, and then the solid phase is pushed to the cone point of the drum by the relative speed difference between the screw and the drum. The sludge can be dried after leaving the liquid level and discharged from the discharge port. The liquid supernatant is discharged from the drum point and the solid-liquid separation is realized.

The centrifugal sludge dewatering machine is composed of the transport and the screw conveyor with hollow rotation shaft.The sludge is sent into the rotary drum by hollow shaft. Under the centrifugal force produced by high speed rotation, the sludge is thrown into the drum cavity.Because the specific gravity is different, the solid-liquid separation is formed. The sludge is transported to the cone point of the drum, driven by the screw conveyor , and discharged continuously from the outlet. The liquid of the liquid ring layer is discharged from the weir continuously " overflow" to outside of the drum by gravity.

The sewage after the sedimentation treatment will produce a lot of sludge. Even after the concentration and digestive treatment, the moisture content is still up to 96%. The volume is very large and difficult to absorb and dispose. It must be dewatered and improve the solid content rate of the mud cake to reduce the floor area of sludge heap.
