In the process of operation, industrial wastewater treatment can fully utilize resources, reduce or avoid pollution of the environment. To a certain extent, it is a reasonable measure to prevent water pollution, such as an electroplating water circulation system and recycling of plated parts. The plating solution from the plating tank avoids harmful substances from polluting the environment. In order to reduce the heat consumption in the evaporation concentration, a countercurrent washing process (a commonly used sequential water method) of the plated parts is used to compress the amount of waste water.
In the process of industrial wastewater treatment, the cooling water in the industry is often recycled, and the amount of raw water is greatly reduced to a certain extent. Sometimes the reuse rate can be close to 100%, and the added external water only accounts for a few percent. The reuse of industrial wastewater requires economic analysis. In the economic comparison of the programme, the costs paid for reuse and the water and drainage costs and environmental benefits received for reuse should be estimated.
Three disposal methods for industrial wastewater treatment
1. Use again without treatment or after necessary treatment. Sometimes used in the process to form a circulating water system; sometimes used in other processes. Form a sequential water system.
2. Make necessary pre-treatment in the factory to meet the city's requirements for water quality and then discharge into urban sewage pipelines or confluence pipelines.
3. Dispose of in the factory and discharge the water directly after it meets the requirements of discharging water or connecting to urban rainwater pipes or irrigated farmland.
