In the production facilities of many products, a solid-liquid separation centrifuge is used. It has been proved that the state of the discharge valve in the equipment will directly affect the separation effect of the solid-liquid separation centrifuge. Therefore, it needs to be checked before the equipment is put into use. Its discharge valve makes it meet the separation requirements.
On the one hand, in order to avoid the plugging of the feed pipe of the solid-liquid separation centrifuge due to the poor homogeneity of the suspension, a stop-filling phenomenon occurs and the centrifuge generates vibration. On the other hand, in order to control the rotation speed of the centrifugal drum of the solid-liquid separation centrifuge, an appropriate improvement has been made to its discharge valve.
The end of the discharge tube of the solid-liquid separation centrifuge is designed as a rotary joint. The rotary joint is mounted on the outside of the centrifuge so that its angle can be adjusted. In the rotary joint, install two counterflow rings to prevent the liquid from flowing backwards. The rotary joints must be installed vertically to obtain satisfactory results.
At the same time, we must improve the feeding speed of the solid-liquid separation centrifuge. After calculation, the feeding speed was changed to 475r/min. The corresponding motor frequency is 16Hz. After this parameter was changed, the solid-liquid separation centrifuge was stable. In addition, it is necessary to regularly clean the filter cloth, which is an important condition for ensuring the normal operation of the centrifuge.
