Structure and principle of vegetable centrifuge
The inner wall of the cone blue wall is equipped with a distributor and an accelerator. The motor is driven to rotate at a high speed. The suspension is added by the feeding tube, uniformly distributed by the distributor, and accelerated to enter the cone-shaped small end filter screen. Under centrifugation, the liquid exits the cone through the filter and the small holes in the cone. The solid particles form a filter cake on the screen and slide toward the big end of the cone and increase in diameter with the drum. The filter cake is gradually thinned in the cone blue for further dehydration. When the filter cake is moved to the big end of the cone, the drum is continuously flew out in the tangential direction under the action of inertial force, and falls into the collecting chamber of the outer casing to discharge.
